The Swedish Tree Association's Annual Tree Conference 2026 will take place on 3–4 November at Scandic Infra City, Upplands Väsby, Sweden.

The conference is a two-day event for everyone working with urban trees. Join us for inspiring presentations by both international and Swedish speakers, network with colleagues and make new connections, and meet our exhibitors.

3 November (Day 1) is our International Day, with all presentations held in English.
4 November (Day 2) is our National Day, with all presentations held in Swedish.

During the lunch breaks, you will also have the opportunity to participate in workshops and take part in quizzes.

Registration Fees 

• Member - Day 1 or 2: 3 300 SEK (excluding VAT)

• Member - Both days: 4 400 SEK (excluding VAT)

• Non-member - Day 1 or 2: 4 100 SEK (excluding VAT)

• Non-member - Both days: 5 100 SEK (excluding VAT)

• Non-member (applying for membership) - Day 1 or 2: 3 800 SEK (excluding VAT)

• Non-member (applying for membership) - Both days: 4 900 SEK (excluding VAT)

• Student - Day 1 or 2 (excluding the conference dinner on 3 November): 850 SEK (excluding VAT)

• Student - Both days (excluding the conference dinner on 3 November): 1 200 SEK (excluding VAT)

• Student - Day 1 or 2 (including the conference dinner on 3 November): 1 550 SEK (excluding VAT)

• Student - Both days (including the conference dinner on 3 November): 1 900 SEK (excluding VAT)

• Journalist: Free of charge*

• Gold or Silver Sponsor (not exhibiting): Free of charge

Journalists are welcome to attend the Annual Tree Conference. If you are interested in attending, please contact info@tradforeningen.org before registering.

Deadline for changes or cancellations: 3 October 2026**. Cancellation requests must be sent to info@tradforeningen.org.

** Cancellation requests received after this date will be subject to the full registration fee. Exceptions may be made upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.

Exhibitors

As at all our Annual Tree Conferences, we welcome sponsors to exhibit during the conference breaks. Exhibitors should use the same registration link as conference participants. We also welcome non-sponsoring companies to exhibit, subject to availability.
